For To the Mexx! on iOS and Android
Something not working, a question about the rules, or a player behaving badly? Everything below is self-service — and if none of it fits, write to us and a human will read it.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. We are a small team in the Netherlands, so replies come in English or Dutch.

Reporting or blocking another player
In the app, open the Regulars (Players) tab. On any friend or incoming friend request, tap the ⋮ menu:
- Block — removes the friendship on both sides and stops that person from sending you another friend request. They are not told. Blocked players are listed under Blocked Players, where you can undo it at any time.
- Report — sends us the player, a reason, and anything you want to add. Reports go only to us; the reported player never sees them. You can block them in the same step.
Serious abuse can also be mailed to [email protected]. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and can remove content and accounts that break the Acceptable Use Policy.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Account & data → Delete my account. This erases your cloud profiles, statistics, achievements, friends, and blocked list, clears the data stored on your device, and deletes your sign-in account. It cannot be undone.
No account of your own? You do not need one — the app signs you in anonymously so it works without registering. Deleting the app removes the local data either way. If you would rather we did the deletion for you, mail [email protected] from the address linked to your account.
Getting a copy of your data
Settings → Account & data → Export my data copies a JSON file with your local and cloud data to your clipboard. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and why.
Common questions
My statistics disappeared after I signed in
Signing in with Apple or Google links your existing anonymous play data to that account, so it should carry over. If you had already used the same Apple/Google account on another device, the app switches to that account's data instead. Both sets still exist — mail us and we can help you work out which is which.
Sign in with Apple or Google fails
Check that you are online, then try again from Settings → Account & data. Signing in is optional: it only syncs your profiles across devices. The whole game works without it.
A friend code does not work
Codes are six characters and never contain the letters I or O or the digits 0 or 1 — those are excluded to avoid confusion. Codes are case-insensitive. If the app says the code cannot be used, check whether you have blocked that player: you cannot send a friend request to someone you have blocked until you unblock them.
The game is silent
Check Settings → Sound & feedback, then your device's ringer/mute switch and volume.
Can I change the rules?
Yes. Settings → Game rules and Sip amounts cover the house rules that vary from bar to bar: sips for a loss, the Mexx multiplier, the 31 penalty, quick knock, who starts the next round, and how ties are broken.
Does the app cost anything?
No. There are no purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.
What ages is it for?
Adults, 18 and over. The game is themed around a pub dice game and settles rounds in "sips". Please drink responsibly, and never let the app decide more than you would decide yourself.
Reporting a bug or suggesting a feature
Mail [email protected] with your device model, OS version, and the app version from Settings → App info. A screenshot or the steps that led to the problem gets it fixed much faster.
